Key Responsibilities

• Executing thorough patient evaluations, orchestrating diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
• Instructing patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and effective disease management

Educational Background

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
