The position is intended for a senior level career architect capable of excelling in a hybrid or remote work environment. The position leads and collaborates with design teams in our Mission Critical sector in all project phases from conception through construction. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct and lead programmatic and design-oriented research, use exceptional graphic skills on competitions, pursuits and project work, and provide renderings (digital modeling and visualization) and physical model building to represent design concepts as a member of one or more project teams. This professional is expected to lead projects, guide internal teams, and support firm-wide quality efforts.
