To Apply for this Job Click Here Billing Analyst - Hybrid \/ Boston, MA Our client, a consumer products organization, is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the finance team with billing operations and customer inquiries. This role focuses on managing billing-related requests, assisting with account documentation, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of routine billing matters.
Responsibilities

• Respond to billing inquiries and customer requests
• Provide billing documentation, invoices, and account-related information
• Research and resolve routine billing issues
• Prioritize and manage incoming requests in a timely manner
• Partner with finance, sales, and other internal teams to support billing operations
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative billing activities
• Support ongoing process improvements and customer service efforts
  Qualifications
  • Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working in a ticketing or customer support environment preferred
  • Zendesk and\/or NetSuite experience a plus, but not required
