Oakton Dental Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and oral health education, providing comprehensive dental hygiene services while supporting the overall dental treatment process. This on-site role is a key position in promoting oral health and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Job Description Performing thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Assisting with diagnosis by charting conditions, decay and disease.
Taking digital radiographs and intraoral images.
Collaborating closely with the doctor and team for comprehensive care.
Creating a welcoming, professional experience for every patient.
full-time $135,000 - $145,000 per year

Current and active dental hygienist licensure in Virginia.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on-site at Oakton Dental Center.
Physical stamina to perform clinical duties including standing for extended periods and handling dental instruments.
Basic computer skills for electronic health records and appointment management systems.
Previous experience working in a dental practice setting.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Additional training or certification in periodontal therapy or local anesthesia administration.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
