Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Experience in immigration law, particularly EOIR proceedings. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Spanish speaking is a plus. Education Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Passed the state bar exam. Skills Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
