In this customer-facing role, you’ll respond to inquiries about life and supplemental health insurance, explain products and processes, assist with routine service requests, and direct complex matters to the appropriate team. You’ll communicate professionally through online channels, maintain accurate customer records, and follow privacy and service procedures. AIL values integrity, dependable service, and strong community relationships. Training and development are available to help you build insurance and customer-support skills. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, communicating clearly, and treating every customer with care. Prior customer service or insurance experience is helpful, but not specified as a requirement.
