Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical leadership for the REI division
• Oversee and grow a respected reproductive medicine program
• Deliver outpatient reproductive endocrinology care, including diagnostics and advanced fertility treatments
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical standards
• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments
• Participate in strategic planning and program development
• Manage clinic operations with minimal inpatient responsibilities
• Engage in call coverage and weekend rotations as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards

What You Need:

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
• Proven leadership and clinical expertise in reproductive medicine
• Ability to manage a complex clinical program and lead a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
