Key responsibilities Deliver advanced support for ERP integrations, addressing complex customer inquiries and issues Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experiences Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely resolution of technical support cases Required qualifications 3+ years of experience with ERP systems in a functional, consulting, or technical support role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field Strong understanding of accounting principles and core ERP business processes Proven ability to troubleshoot complex ERP issues and provide customer-focused solutions Experience using customer support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar systems
