"Lower Gloucester/Cumberland/Salem Counties"$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS Performs medically prescribed speech therapy treatment to restore speech, language and swallowing skills and limit further disability following injury.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of a master's program at accredited college.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate competency in applying principles, methods, materials and equipment used in speech therapy.
CPR certified
Ability to access patient needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
Ability to function as a member of an integrated Healthcare work team.
Able to travel to patient's home within service area.
Able to demonstrate professional procedures in the home care setting.
Able to use office equipment; i.e. beeper, car phone.
Ability to work flexible hours, with weekends and holidays included.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current license in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license.
Min Hourly - $35.12 Max Hourly - $46.44 NJ Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of pay range. The salary is based on multiple criteria - experience, qualifications, job role, internal equity and market data. Benefits offered: - Medical
